Wagner Asia Equipment LLC, the Caterpillar dealer for the country of Mongolia, has a vacancy for the following position:
1. TRAINING INSTRUCTOR
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Present the technical and heavy equipment operating training
- Maintain the training classroom and library.
- Provide translations for the technical training classes as required.
- Maintain a training record for service technicians.
- Take an active role in all training classes.
- Manage the ongoing skills assessment program
- Keep abreast of new and innovative training methods.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must , knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Must have a good technical aptitude about mechanical tools and repairs
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Must be a self starter
- Must be a team player
- Must be honest and trustworthy
- Must be eager to learn

2. MAJOR ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the sale of all prime products the company represents.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- University Degree, preferably in Economics, Marketing and / or Management as minimum
- Previous work experience in selling is a must and experience selling earthmoving equipment is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must , knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Must posses excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Be self-organized and highly motivated individual, who would be willing to travel frequently within the country and overseas
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Must be willing to learn and be a team player

- University Degree in Road Construction Engineer or Mechanical Engineer of Heavy equipment.
- Previous work experience in Road Construction work and selling earthmoving equipment is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must , knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Must be posses excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Be self-organized and highly motivated individual, who would be willing to travel frequently within the country and overseas
- Must be willing to learn and be a team player
