JOB PURPOSE
Inside Sales Representative provides direct support to the Sales Representatives and Sales Managers
in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the department is
able to meet its growth targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Relationship
Communicate to a customer any terms/conditions applying to a request.
Identify and qualify an equipment request to ensure meets with the customer's requirements.
Sales Representatives Support
Generating new sales as well as repeating sales by giving product information to the customers.
Contact customers, follow up sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
Product Proposal and Lead Follow-up
Negotiate prices on equipment in accordance with pricing policies and procedures.
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
Following a pre-written script and pitching the products of the organization to the customers over phone.
Reporting
Accurate use of CRM systems including, but not limited to, Sales call out in, Quote and activity reports in weekly basis
Missed opportunities are to be recorded and submitted to management on a weekly basis.
Develop a database of customers, company, competitor and project information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Field
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mongolian and English
- Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheet, analytic and database
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience in business administration, economics, analysis
- Must have a minimum of two years' of direct sales or customer relationship management experience

DATABASE DEVELOPER  |

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide database programming support and troubleshooting to multiple IT projects. Review process design and stored procedures. Implement database upgrades, backups and restores. Provide support to customer systems inside limited maintenance windows which may include weekends. Configure, optimize, and support MS-SQL or other relational databases. Develop and maintain web interfaces to database information to permit the viewing and modification of database contents from browser-based clients. Design, develop and implement complex database systems, programs and applications. Work with users to identify and develop system requirements taking into account desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements.

- Driving and developing Drill Sales and Sales support in Mongolia
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives. Flexible to travel up to a few days a month within the country and overseas.
- Specific Job Skills: Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Understands the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc.
- Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.
- Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, overheads, etc. Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.
- Business and Selling Skills: Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development. Ideal background would be in drill product application /support services;

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for Ford and Land Rover fleet sales and business development to mining and other commercial accounts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and grow fleet sales business
- Create and develop fleet business plan and action items
- Target, obtain, manage, and develop key strategic accounts
- Maintain customer relations, provide consultations, give speeches and presentations to customers, potential customers, business associates, and the media as necessary
- Create selling package (brochures, presentations, PDF’s, etc) that highlight our product and service advantage
- Attend forums, trade shows, club/organization meetings, and other social events/functions to meet prospective clients and industry associates
- Consistently focus on training to further enhance business, sales, and sales management skill set
- Educate customers through training materials, training events, blogging, and more
- Develop and maintain customer contact list.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in business, mining, economics, or in something similar
- Must have 2-3 years of professional B2B sales experience
- Mining background a plus
- Ability to work well with foreigners and Mongolians from public and private sectors
- Looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, business-minded, motivated, and results-driven
- Must have strong communication skills, ethics, and work ethic
- English language (fluent in written and spoken)
