Component Rebuild Center

Wagner Asia is investing 10 million US dollars in the launch of its world class Component Rebuild Center (CRC) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Caterpillar customers in Mongolia can take advantage of Component reconditioning to extend the life of machine a multiple of times. Our Component Rebuild Center will be able to rebuild or repair components from turbochargers to entire engines, torque converters, transmissions and other major power train components.

      Each rebuild will be reconditioned to exacting Caterpillar standards. All engine rebuilds can be dynamometer tested to ensure factory performance. All rebuilt transmissions will performance verified on our hydraulic test bench, assuring Wagner customers that their rebuild components deliver a long and reliable second life. These in-house services provide customers with high quality, fast turnaround and maximum value.
