Apprentice Training

We prepare entry level technicians in full time Apprenticeship training classes, each are 10 months in duration. Apprenticeship training classes, each are 10 months in duration. Wagner Training Session covers 1500 hours of training, 50% in classrooms and 50% on shop training. Classes cover topics on hydraulic and diesel engine fundamentals, fuel system, power train, basic machine electronics, machine diagnostics, and failure analysis.

Apprentices are recruited from Khanbogd, Tsogttsetsii, Darkhan, Khovd and Ulaanbaatar. Apprentices from aimags live in dormitories and receive general education instruction at the Mongolian Korean Technical Collegee. In 2010, we had 5 classes with 120 apprentices, after graduation they became Wagner Asia shop and field technicians and obtained further skills and knowledge in Wagner shops. In 2011, we became a professional technical workforce provider for the Mongolia mining sector, graduating over 200 apprentices through our Wagner Training Program.
